Mitch Chilton
Mitch has been in the industry for 16 years, originating back when he first started his Carpentry Apprenticeship in 2006.
His passion for this craft and the legacy that Mastery leaves on each completed project is something that he takes enormous pride in and is highly recognised by Mastery’s Clientele.
Understanding the “WHY” in all aspects of building is a core value and teaching philosophy to Mitch. He challenges the past methods and processes of doing things in the building industry which is his answer to improving and leaving his legacy on the Industry.
Mitch would be best described as not a “typical builder” as he is beyond that traditional mould and typical role.

Pru Chilton
Pru is the core of Mastery’s beating heart. Alot of her roles and tasks quite often get unnoticed on the surface to our clients. But without her sacrifice to the company the other team members couldn’t do what they do best and simply put,
the company wouldn’t operate.
She is the rock to Mitch and allows him to sacrifice and maintain day to day site operations and project delivery.
Pru is also our built in goodwill officer and ensures Mastery’s team members are refreshed, recharged and always ready to deliver to our clients and their projects to our “Mastery” standards.
Jack Wylie
Jack has been with us here at Mastery from the very beginning!
Mitch’s First Carpentry Apprentice back in 2015.
Not only does Jack work hard, he cares hard for both our clients and our team. His commitment to his trade has never wavered from detailed carpentry and onsite tasks, client communication along with being a very patience IT Guru in the office.

Mitch Harden
Mitch is a born problem solver, always forward thinking and his attention to detail is on point.
Mitchy is Mastery’s 3rd Carpentry Apprentice, he is the shorter of the Two Mitch’s, but still taller than the rest of the team. He is never far from the team action and leaned upon often for detailed carpentry and building work as he is very intuitive.

Mastery has an inhouse build team consisting of experienced Renovation and Extension Builders, Qualified Carpenters, and carpentry apprentices. This enables Mastery to deliver a lot of the building components inhouse assisting with the overall quality and efficiency of your project delivery.
Our team members are as equally passionate about building as Mitch and pride themselves on continuing professional development to ensure they are on top of new technologies, techniques, and emerging new products and materials.
