Stage 1: First Contact

MC fee proposal created to your project requirements
Stage 2: Fee Acceptance
Client acceptance of the MC fee proposal
Stage 3: Concepts
Detailed existing dwelling assessment, level recordings, existing services and structure review (enables a fixed price feasibility and eliminates the potential of post contract price rises due to lack of information.)
Surveying plan obtained
3D model created
PDF concept model, fly over video and 3D perspectives created
Stage 4 : Feasibility
All project preliminary fees, planning levies, consultant fees and statutory obligation payments are disclosed
Fixed pricing presented
Project schedule
Fittings, fixtures and finishes selected and priced
Method of construction selected

Stage 5: Feasibility Review
Opportunity to price different design scenarios to suit the budget
Proceed with the confirmed chosen design
Suffice information supplied by MC for client financial lending review/ dwelling evaluation pre works and post works evaluation
Stage 6: Design Review
Production of planning approval drawings
Review of regulatory requirements & Sydney Water easements and covenants
MC present design development drawings including site plan, floor plan, roof plan and elevations
Stage 7: Planning Approval
Complete and submit planning submission application
Prepare environmental effects statement

Stage 8: Working Drawings
Planning approval issued
Appointment of PCA, issuing of Construction Certificate
Produce construction drawings where applicable and sign off big fixture components
Fees and levies payable for the project
Stage 9: Issuing of Construction Certificate/Contract Drafting
Contract drafting /signing
Confirmation of project start date
HBCF insurance issued. Payment of long service levy
Sydney water quick check issued
Stage 10: Work Commences Onsite
