Stage 1:  First Contact

  • Prospective client completes the online project assessment form

  • Mastery Constructions arrange a site visit meeting

  • MC fee proposal created to your project requirements

Stage 2: Fee Acceptance

  • Client acceptance of the MC fee proposal

Stage 3: Concepts

  • Detailed existing dwelling assessment, level recordings, existing services and structure review (enables a fixed price feasibility and eliminates the potential of post contract price rises due to lack of information.)

  • Surveying plan obtained

  • 3D model created

  • PDF concept model, fly over video and 3D perspectives created

Stage 4 : Feasibility

  • All project preliminary fees, planning levies, consultant fees and statutory obligation payments are disclosed

  • Fixed pricing presented

  • Project schedule

  • Fittings, fixtures and finishes selected and priced

  • Method of construction selected

  • Exterior finishes selected

 

Stage 5: Feasibility Review

  • Opportunity to price different design scenarios to suit the budget

  • Proceed with the confirmed chosen design

  • Suffice information supplied by MC for client financial lending review/ dwelling evaluation pre works and post works evaluation

 

Stage 6: Design Review

  • Production of planning approval drawings

  • Review of regulatory requirements & Sydney Water easements and covenants

  • MC present design development drawings including site plan, floor plan, roof plan and elevations

 

Stage 7: Planning Approval

  • Complete and submit planning submission application

  • Prepare environmental effects statement

  • Basix

Stage 8: Working Drawings

  • Planning approval issued

  • Appointment of PCA, issuing of Construction Certificate

  • Produce construction drawings where applicable and sign off big fixture components

  • Fees and levies payable for the project

 

Stage 9: Issuing of Construction Certificate/Contract Drafting

  • Contract drafting /signing

  • Confirmation of project start date

  • HBCF insurance issued. Payment of long service levy

  • Sydney water quick check issued

 

Stage 10: Work Commences Onsite

  • Project timelines known

  • Completion of excavation and demolition (concealed or unknown stages)

  • Clarity of no contract price increases (unless you change your mind or decide on an upgrade)

  • Job scheduling and project information located in online tool "builder trend" - accessible to client 24/7

  • Fortnightly/weekly site meetings where required

 

Stage 11: Completion of Project

  • Practical completion met

  • Issuing of Occupation Certificate

  • Start of warranty period

  • Enjoy your newly completed home!
