A fixed price cost analysis will only be obtained after the relevant parties enter into a preliminary agreement with the associated fees. In order for Mastery Constructions to provide the most accurate price it is preferred that as many of the above documents be provided to Mastery Constructions via email or during preliminary meeting. If this is not feasible, a 'ballpark' estimate will be provided which will be non-binding and subject to change until an accurate scope of works, schedule of finishes and all relevant project documentation has been submitted to Mastery Constructions. If you wish to engage Mastery Constructions to assist with the planning stages and obtaining above documentation the preliminary agreement & fees will still apply. Additional fees & charges will also apply and outlined within your preliminary agreement. *
